Best Thai and Vietnamese food in town hands down. Portions are huge. I like their Chili Paste with Tofu and extra vegetables. People are friendly and helpful.

We wanted to try a place that served Pho! This place has pho Bo and my hubby had that and said it had excellent flavor! I tried a dry soup noodle dish that was really awesome. The wait staff were really helpful with suggestions and we got just enough spice but not too much. Definitely will go back again.

Small place, but excellent service--we only waited around 15-20 minutes. The basil fried rice was nice and crispy but also not too oily, which was nice, and the pad thai wasnt overly sweet like most places tend to do. The crazy noodles are what I recommend the most--you can taste the fire in the dish which was wonderful. The noodles for both the pad thai and crazy noodles werent overcooked at all--i commend the kitchen for them cooking it perfectly so that it wasnt soggy at all. It also wasnt overly oily, but just enough that it was slightly crispy but still soft. I would recommend doing medium spice--the full spice is a bit hard to handle if you are a little intolerant but the medium does leave a nice warm sensation that doesnt leave you gasping for water. The place was nicely decorated as well.
One of the best Pad See Ew dishes I've ever had. Medium was the perfect spice level and it was such a well balanced flavor and just the right amount of sauce. They knocked it out of the park.
We just had takeout from Mekong Cafe. The Crab Rangoon is amazing...best we've ever had!! Mekong Beef and Pad Thai with Chicken were delicious. The staff are very friendly and service is quick. Definitely our go to place for takeout.
Fast service for take out. Note: the "drunken noodles" is known here as "crazy noodles." All good. Beef red curry, pad see ew with shrimp, crazy noodles with tofu, Laotian noodles with pork, pho and spring rolls are all fresh, delicious, and we'll prepared.
This place is the best. I feel like fried rice, pad tai etc tend to taste the same no matter where you get it. Mekong dishes seem to have their own unique flavor, and they are just really really good. Crab Rangoon are the best in town. Perfect cream cheese to wonton ratio so that you're not left with all that extra crunch with no filling (hate that). We live close, but if Mekong were across town, I would go out of my way to get it! Bonus- they are incredibly friendly. It stood out to me how kind the man was who took my order, despite how busy he clearly was. We will be back!
Absolutely my favorite weekday spot in Springfield. Everything is delicious and reasonably priced, but I always crave the Vietnamese curry noodle salad-its fresh, flavorful, and such a nice portion!
